Your privacy is why we exist. Low Price Bud does not sell, rent or trade your personal information, ever.
What we collect
- Order data — name, shipping address, email and phone number, so Canada Post can deliver your parcel.
- Payment metadata — the Interac e-Transfer sender email or the Bitcoin transaction hash used to confirm your order.
- Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view data to help us improve the shop. No personal identifiers.
What we do NOT collect
- Credit card numbers — we do not process cards.
- Social Insurance Numbers, driver’s licence numbers or health data.
- Your browsing history outside our site.
How we use your data
Only to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and comply with lawful requests from Canadian authorities. We never send marketing emails you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
- Canada Post — your shipping address, so they can deliver the parcel.
- Our email provider — to send you order confirmations and tracking numbers.
That is it. No advertisers, no data brokers, no social networks.
Data retention
We keep the minimum order records required by Canadian tax law (six years). After that, personal data is purged from our systems.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies (cart contents, login session, age-gate flag) and anonymous analytics cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention rules) by emailing sales@lowpricebudd.co. We respond within 30 days.
